Cenntro Electric Group is a designer and manufacturer of electric light and medium-duty commercial vehicles (‘‘ECVs’’). On December 30, 2021, Cenntro became a public company on NASDAQ via a merger with Naked Brand Group. It is traded under the ticker symbol “CENN” on Nasdaq.
